We use the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment as a tool to help build a foundation of extraordinary leadership. Becoming aware that you’re actually in control of your responses to your trials is a game changer that improves how you’re showing up as a leader in every area of your life.

ELI – Individual Experience:

Includes online Energy Leadership Index Assessment (20-30 min), plus a personal debrief via phone or Zoom.

Upon completion of the online portion of the assessment, your report will be sent to your facilitator, and your 90-minute debrief will be scheduled.

During the debrief, we’ll review your results, discuss your future goals and plan your development in any areas you wish to make changes.

Detailed instructions will be emailed to you upon registration.

ELI – Team Experience:

Includes all of the above, plus a 2.5 hour virtual team debrief via Zoom.

 
The ELI brought my team together in a powerful way. We now have a common language to use for problem solving, collaboration, and conflict management.
